Dealer’s Room...

Publishers, booksellers, and genre-related vendors are invited to join us for what promises to be one of the biggest vendor rooms ever!

 

With the added incentive of being open to the general public on Thursday evening for the massive group autographing event, participating vendors will find ample opportunities to do business at Stoker Weekend 2011.

 

Our Dealer’s Room will be open from 5:00 pm on Thursday, June 16th, and will close at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 19th. To encourage maximum traffic throughout the convention, the Dealer’s Room will be housed in the 3,400 square foot Lighthouse Ballroom, directly off the registration area and across from the Grand Ballroom.

 

Tables in our Dealer’s Room are $200. Each vendor registration will include (1) six-foot rectangular table, two chairs, and (1) full convention pass (valued at $75). Additional convention passes (which include admittance to the 24th Annual Bram Stoker Awards Gala) can be purchased at the HWA member rate. In addition, your company’s name will be included in any pre-convention advertising for our Horror Writers Extravaganza Book Signing and Meet-n-Greet done online and in New York area newspapers. 

 

Booths and trade show displays over six feet and up to ten square feet can be accommodated for an additional $25.

 

Vendors interested in securing a spot in our Dealer’s Room should email chairperson@stokerweekend2011.org for a registration form and payment instructions. As registrations are confirmed, vendors will be added to the list below.
