Stoker Weekend 2011 is being made possible by the HWA and the incredible support of a handful of generous sponsors. These sponsors are industry leaders, supporting the horror genre through their everyday business practices.

We have several sponsorship opportunities available for interested businesses and organizations. These sponsorships are outstanding opportunities to get your business or organization front and center before a targeted audience of horror writers, publishers, agents, industry professionals, readers and fans.

We expect record-breaking attendance at our 2011 event, with amazing, buzz-worthy guests, a packed programming schedule of panels and workshops, author readings and signings, our first-ever mass autographing event that will be open to the public, a huge Dealer’s Room and Art Gallery, and, of course, the 24^th Annual Bram Stoker Awards Banquet.

To help draw these record crowds, we are trying to keep convention passes as inexpensive as possible for our members while making the quality of the convention experience unparalleled to all others. To this end, we are offering a wide array of Convention Sponsorship Packages.

Building upon past conventions, we’re aiming to make supporting the HWA and Stoker Weekend as easy as possible, with inclusive packages that include vendor tables, advertising in our commemorative program, convention passes, tickets to the Bram Stoker Awards Banquet, and high-visibility sponsorship of one of the convention’s major events or well-trafficked event rooms.
